Courses and programmes
Over the years I have facilitated courses for a range of organisations including Mental Health UK, Mental Health First Aid England, Homeless Link and Five Areas Limited. During my previous role as Wellbeing Director at Pacesetter Sports & Wellbeing Limited, I worked on numerous projects and presented to a variety of settings including Selfridges, Sport England and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
I am a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor providing the Adult, Youth and Higher Education programmes. MHFA is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. I usually deliver in-house for organisations and companies however I do host public courses occasionally for individuals to book onto, keep an eye on my social media pages for upcoming dates.
I also create bespoke workshops covering topics such as resilience, self-compassion and mindset.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY...

A wonderful online course from start to finish with the most delightful instructor. Kate is such a positive and kind person who radiates warmth.

An excellent course: inspiring, useful and very relevant. It was delivered exceptionally well.

I was really impressed with how Kate facilitated the training, a fabulous blend of listening and activities which were participated in - I will definitely promote this course.
